Invité Spécial : Tony Gatlif
Très proche du monde des roms à travers ses œuvres, le réalisateur Tony gatliff viendra présenter en avant première son film « Liberté » ! Le film relate l’histoire émouvante d’un peuple tsigane durant la guerre. Remportant la principale récompense, le Grand prix des Amériques, ainsi que le prix du public pour le film le plus populaire au Festival des films du monde de Montréal, le film est très attendu sur nos écrans. L’événement aura lieu en ouverture du festival, le 8 avril à 18h30 dans la salle Henri Leboeuf et cela avant de danser en compagnie d’ Oana catalina Chitu & Bucharest Tango.

Very close to the Roma world through his work, the director Tony Gatliff will present a preview of his film "Korkoro" (“liberté” in French)! The film tells the touching story of the Gypsies during the war. After being rewarded with the main award of the “Grand Prix of the Americas”, as well as the Public Award for the most popular film at the Canadian Festival ‘Les Films du Monde” in Montreal, this movie is highly expected on our Belgian screens. This event will be held on the first day of the Festival, on the 8th of April at 6.30 pm (during the overture), Room Henri Leboeuf, and wil be followed with a dancing workshop entertained by Oana Catalina & Chitu Bucharest Tango. |
