| The festive rhythms of the Balkan Trafik Festival attract more and more visitors every year. The fourth edition once again offers a multicultural meze unique in Europe. From the music and dance of Macedonia to Romanian cinema, via Sufi song from Bosnia and the inevitable brass bands and frenetic turntables, while not overlooking the celebrated “Greek Blues” of rembetika or the wedding music of Albania, Balkan Trafik mingles a whole range of styles. As well as legendary voices of Stelios Vamvakaris, Esma Redzepova and Oana Catalina Chitu, look out for the phenomenal Balkan Trafik Sound System of DJ Gaetano. |
